Where do you find crafters?How do you price your crafts?Our artisans have years of practice and experience in their craft. Coupled with the fact that these are not mass produced, it’s important to us to ensure that you receive a quality product and that the crafter is compensated for their expertise.
I do market research to ensure that we hit that balance.
Our prices reflect the unique value that a home crafted item by skilled hands provides.
What makes you different?My Craft Dealer takes a different approach to online craft consignment by taking on the burden of the backend business. This allows our crafters and artist to focus on what they do best.
I support crafters at the level they want to be supported. Some of our crafters also have booths at local markets. Many of our crafters are skilled at more than one craft.
My Craft Dealer wants to bring crafters closer to consumers so that home crafted items are available for everyone at any time and any place.
How does shipping and handling work? We mail everything on Saturday.
We have a flat rate of $5.55 for each item and then charge 10% of the item to get the items to you protected.
We try to use recyclable or reusable packaging but the integrity of getting the item to you is our top priority.
Why is there limited inventory?Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
Our crafters make what they make and send us what they want us to sell. We might have one or two of that items and when they are gone, they are gone.
Unless noted, each is a limited supply, and each item is hand made with unique aspects that make them perfectly imperfect.
What is your return policy?We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
Each sale is final and there are no return options.
